Refund and exchange Policy

At PARALLEL DISTRIBUTIONS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 Days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact and included with the returned item.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
4. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item, including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
